Sales Executive
1. Builds business by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining relationships with clients.
2. Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluation their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
3. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
4. Maintains relationships with clients by support, information and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
5. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
6. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
7. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
8. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; practicing in professional societies.
9. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

· Possess at least a Diploma in marketing, promotions, advertising sales or equivalent academic qualifications.
· Fresh graduates are encouraged.
· Responsible, reliable, independent and has sense of motivation for sales.

· Possess good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
· A goal-getter and opportunity-seeker at all times.
· Good verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
· Good verbal and written communication skills in English will be great advantage.

Draughtsman
• Create technical drawings based on given specifications and calculations.
• Develop detailed drawings of system components for construction and installation.
• Prepare detail part & assembly drawing for mechanical works
• Assist Project Manager to draft and translate conceptual design sketch to present and schematic drawings (using AutoCad, Adobe Illustrator & basic 3D software).
• Able to read and understand construction writting.
• Create technical drawings based on given specifications and calculations.
• Willing to learn
• Self-motivated and able to work independantly
• Possess own Transport with licenses
• Develop detailed drawings of system components for construction and installation.
